Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact our team via email, or call us anytime between 8AM and 6PM GMT-6, Monday through Friday. We will make changes according to your specifications if possible and within the terms we had discussed prior to your project’s start.
Please note that an order cannot be cancelled once you receive an initial draft and have requested a revision.
Source Files
We are not providing source files for video projects for any packages as we need to protect some of our proprietary assets as well as some techniques, which remain our trade secrets. Some of the assets used are, including but not limited to: sound effects, music, background illustrations, and any other illustrations which are also remain in our common library.
Limited Warranty
Animation Video provides a limited warranty to you. Videos produced by you at AnimationVideo shall be free of defects. If you discover a defect with a video produced by you at AnimationVideo, AnimationVideo will provide you with a free replacement. Defects do not include typos in text provided by you, but they do include typos in text provided by us. Defects also do not include problems with photos or video clips provided by you, but they do include problems with other photos or video sequences, i.e. those originally provided by AnimationVideo.
